Includes a comprehensive subjective and objective assessment, movement analysis, clinical testing, clear diagnosis, and personalised treatment plan.

Treatment may include hands-on therapy, mobility work, strength-based rehabilitation exercises, and education to support recovery.

All equipment is provided, and a tailored exercise programme will be given following the session.

Note: Adult service only (18+). Onward referrals arranged if clinically required.

This treatment session includes deep tissue massage as part of treatment. A longer session for more complex issues.
